Are your products vegan?

Yes! All our products are vegan and cruelty-free. We also list ingredients, so they're readily available to peruse.

 

When will my order be shipped out?

Each order has a processing time of 3-6 days. Afterward, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email once the item(s) have been shipped out. This time frame is increased during promotional sales.

How long is shipping?

Shipping time is dependent on your location.

What is your refund policy?

We currently do not give refunds. But if there in the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 2 days of the package's acceptance.

What do I do if I received my product broken?

Contact us at solbrandcustomerservice@gmail.com, with pictures of the damaged product, within 2 days upon acceptance to have your item(s) replaced.

 

What do I do if I broke my product?

Because the product was not damaged during transport or delivery, but was damaged on the customers part, we cannot replace the item. However, you may still contact us at solbrandcustomerservice@gmail.com to discuss other options available to remedy the damage. Please see our Terms and Conditions regarding Product Defect and Replacements.
